During the orientation we complete a structured interview that reveals your background, interests, traits and goals, and those you seek in a life-partner. At the conclusion of the orientation, Dale determines whether to encourage you to enroll, provides references, and delivers a copy of our matchmaking contract for your review. |

Upon entering a contract, new clients are queued for scheduling, which takes about one week. Matchmaking schedules are planned in advance. If there is a waiting period at the time of enrollment, then introductions unfold after the waiting period passes. In most cases, the waiting period is between three and four weeks. |

During the waiting period Dale visits your home once. Also, it is during the waiting period that a professional photographer comes to your home to shoot photos of you. |

The content and flow of the matchmaking process recognizes the unique needs of each client. So some processes differ greatly from others. However, generally, Dale spends time with you one-on-one, and personally introduces you to candidates—clients only—in an array of venues, including your own home, the homes of other clients, restaurants, walks along the Bay, or whatever fits best. This intimate approach brings whole the connection between your matchmaker and you, fundamental to in-depth understanding. |

It is not uncommon that after the initial six months of service we find ourselves still working together, and the focus goes to the one or few candidates that fit best. Dale remains available by telephone and e-mail. But personal visits with Dale become less frequent. Whenever a prospective candidate is identified, Dale contacts you to set up an introduction at your convenience. |
